Scheduled Configuration BackupsCirrus most popular feature is the ability to automatically backup network device configurations. Configuration backups can be scheduled to run every day, every other Monday, every two hours or whatever time schedule you prefer. A default configuration backup job is available out of the box. You can make a few minor changes to the job so it will be customized to suit your networks needs, or you can create your own job from scratch. Each job can backup configurations on network devices based on naming convention, machine type or any other custom group. Cirrus uses Windows Task Scheduler to organize the scheduled jobs. Every job created within Cirrus can be viewed and modified within the application or from within the Windows Task Scheduler. Go back to Cirrus Configuration Manager Features. |
