ipMonitor licenses are sold based on the number of monitors that can be created and configured. For example, ipMonitor does not differentiate between a PING monitor, SNMP monitor or Quality Assurance SQL monitor. Each monitor you configure counts as one monitor.

To achieve comprehensive monitoring coverage of your network devices, an average of 10 monitors is recommended for each device.
